Mindy Sidhu is a certified coach,  distinguished business leader,  and the founder of Mind-X Leadership and Talent Development.  Her career journey has taken her through the worlds of retail, financial services, entrepreneurship, and leadership development - and each experience has shaped her passion for coaching and transformation.

Mindy has spent 20+ years leading high-performing teams, driving record-breaking business results, and learning what truly makes leaders and organizations thrive.  She's gained firsthand experience in customer-driven industries.  And because she's always had an entrepreneurial spirit, she even ran her own clothing company, which taught her the resilience, creativity, and adaptability that every leader needs in today's dynamic environment.   ​  ​
